Schwalm - Eder - Kreis This is an area in Germany.

Frielendorf is inside it.

It is the Schwalm - Eder Circle (kreis means circle).

--probably similar in derivation from 'circle' to

our word for a legal district: 'circuit'

This area is in the northern part of Hessen.

Town of Grossroperhousen, Germany

I wonder where in this town   "OUR" Bonsteins lived.

When I was in stationed Germany in 1985, I found most Germans were in to Healthy activities such as swimming. You will find most towns have a pool.

They love to swim and sun bathe.
