December 26, 1917, and passed away April 28 1999, at the Bellevue Care Center in
Bellevue, Ohio. She was a member of the Missionary Baptist Church in Bellevue,
Ohio. She was preceded in death by parents, John and Harriett (Meyers) Goin;
husbands, Arlie T. Neely, Sylus Walker, Sr.; daughter, Ruby Jewell Killion;
brothers, Raymond, Marion and William Goin; sister Dossie L. Moore;
great-grandchild, Heather Burkhart. She is survived by sons, Marion Dewey Neely
of Maynardville, Tenn, Wayland D. Neely of Rio Grande, NM; daughters Wanda G.
Walker of Bellevue, Ohio, Mrs Iva L. Jones of Knoxville; three stepsns; three
stepdaughter; 14 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; sister Julia Dentie
