In the name of God Amen I Issabella Salter of the Parish of Saint Stephens in Branwell in the County of Cornwall widow being in good health & of mind & disproving mind & understanding, do make this my last Will & Testament Hereby revoking all former Wills by me made

First I give to my son Samuel Salter one shilling & no more, he being already provided for

Also I give to my son William Salter one shilling & no more, he being likewise already provided for

All the rest of my goods & chattles whatsoever & wheresoever I give & bequeath to my sons Thomas Salter & Joseph Salter to be equally divided between them share & share alike and I do nominate & appoint my said sons Thomas Salter & Joseph Salter joint Executors of this my Will

In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal the thirteenth day of November 1784.

The before written Will of the beforenamed Issabella Salter deced was proved in common form 26th November 1800 before John Pomeray[?] Clerk Bachelor of Arts Surrogate & And Admion of all & singular the goods etc of the said deced & anyway concerning the said Will was granted to Joseph Salter one of the Executors named in the said Will power being reserved of granting the like Admion to Thomas Salter the other Executor named in the said Will when he shall think fit to take the same upon himself

In ye name of God Amen I Jno. Cundy of ye Parish of St. Stephens in Brannel being weak in Body but of a sound mind make & ordain this to be my last Will and Testament in manner and form following, that is to say, I appoint my Sister Allis Snell to by my whole & sole Exicutric [sic], to whom I give and bequeath every thing I am possessed of in the world, my bestowing on my Baby a decent funeral and discharging all my Debts.

In the name of God Amen I Grace Best of the Parish of Saint Stephens in branwell widow being weak in body but of sound memory blessed be God do this thirty day of June in the year one thousand seven hundred and eighty two make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following That is to say

Impremise I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Elizabeth Best the wife of Henry Best one shilling to be paid by my Executor.

I also give unto my daughter Grace Andrew the wife of James Andrew one shilling to be paid by my Executor

I also give unto my daughter Susanna Coombe the wife of Anthoney Coombe one shilling to be paid by my Executor

I also give my grandson Richard Harn one shilling and my granson James Harn one shiling to be paid by my Executor all which legacys I desier may be paid on one month after my decease.

All the rest residue and remainder of my goods chattels and personal estate whatsoever cridects (sic) and effects I give and bequeath unto my dearly beloved son William Best whom I make and ordain to by my whole and sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament and I do hereby utterly revoke disalow and disannul all former Wills by me in anywise made ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last Will and Testament.

I also make my loveing brother law John Best overseer of this my Will to take care and see the same performed according to my true intent and meaning untill my son shall acc[-?-]lish the age of twenty one years and to be reasonable paid for his trouble by my Executor

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year first above written

In the name of God Amen I William Cundy of the Parish of Saint Stephens in Branwall [sic] in the County of Cornwall being of sound and perfect mind and memory do make publish and declare this as and for my last Will and Testament.

I give and bequeath with each of my children hereafter named that shall be living at my decease one shilling, viz. Susanna wife of Richard Trethewy, Alice wife of Thomas Truscott, Ann wife of William Crowle, William Cundy, Elizabeth Cundy, John Cundy, Richard Cundy, Solomon Cundy, and Samuel Cundy.

All the rest residue and remainder of my Goods Chattles and Effects which I shall die possessed of or any ways entitled unto I give devise and bequeath unto my dear wife Jane Cundy whom I do hereby make constitute and appoint whole and sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this sixteenth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety eight.
