ANTHONY COWLING - Page 313 and 314

In The Name of God Amen I Anthony Cowling of the parish of St. Sephens in Brannell in the County of Cornwall tinner Do this first day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and sixty seven Do make this my last will and Testament in manner and in manner and form following that is to say

Imprimis I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Mary Mellow twenty shillings to be paid her in one year after my decease by my Executors

I give unto my Daughter Ann Cowling twenty shillings to be paid her when she comes of age of twenty one years and not other ways

I give unto my Daughter Susanna Cowling twenty shillings when she comes to the age of twenty one years to be paid by my Executors

I give unto my son John Cowling one eight part in my stream work in Brays Stamps and one eight in my stream work in Gonvean Bowns and twenty shilling to be paid him in one year after my decease by my Executors

I give unto my Daughter Grace twenty shillings to be paid her when she comes to the age of twenty one years

I give unto my son Ezekel Cowling one quarter part in my stream work in Gonvean Bonds and twenty shillings to be paid him when he comes to the age of twenty one years By my Executors

I give unto my granson John Mellow the ewe and lamb in one year after my decease

All the remainder of my goods chattels credits estates and effects whatsoever or wheresoever the same is or may befound I give and bequeath unto my dear wife Susanna Cowling home I made and appoint to be my whole and sole Executors of this my last will and Testament and I do hereby utterly revoke Disallow and Disannue all former wills by me made Ratifying and Confirming this and no other to be my last will and Testament

In Wetness where of I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year above written

My desier is that my Executors take care of my children if the will live with them till the come in age

I also give unto my son Ezekel Cowling Blewstone plase

Will was granted to Susanna Cowling the widow of the sd. deced & one of the Ex(?) in the sd. Will named ( Rosewinge power of granting the like Admion to Anthony and Francis Cowling the sons of the said deced (?) other of the xrs in the sd. Will named when they shall attain lawfull years of age to take the same upon themselves / being first sworn & / Saving & /

This Is My Last Will and Testament of I Thomas Slade of of the Parish of St. Stephens in Brannell in the County of Cornwall yeoman

First I give & bequeath unto my son Thomas Slade all and singular that tenement in Trethosa in the Parish of St. Stephens aforesaid three (fie?) or closses of Land containing about six or seven acres of land and on which my said son is one of the lives named in the Lease of the said premises To Hold the same after my death all the remainder of the term as granted in the Original Lease thereof.

Also I give and bequeath unto my daughters (-?-) Mary Elizabeth wife of Henry Cowlen / Catherine Grace Phillips and Jane Thomasin and to my grandson Henry Cowlen all the sum of 5 shillings each

Lastly All the Rest Residue and Remainder of my Estates Tennements Goods & Chattles Money and moneys worth of what kind or nature soever I Give and Bequeath unto Gace my beloved wife whom I do Constitute appoint and ordain to be my lawfull Executrix on this condition that she shall pay all my debts and legasies and make her whole & sole Executrix of of this my last Will & Testament.

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal this 24th day of September in the year of our Lord 1765 . ( .

In the name of God amen I Thomas Yelland of the parish of Saint Stephens in Branwell in the county of Cornwall yeoman being weak in body but of sound memory blessed be God do this sixteen day of September in the year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Sixty Eight make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say Imprimis

I give and bequeath unto my dearly beloved son William Yelland all my rights and title in my tenement called Foxhole he payin unto his sister Jane Yelland ten pounds in one year after my decease.

Also I give unto my son John Yelland all my right and title in my tenement called Goverseth and all my right in the stream work in Drinnick Moore.

Also I give unto my daughter Honor Yelland ten pounds to be paid her in one year after my decease by my Executors and one cow and one yew and lamb at my decease.

Also I give unto my daughter Mary Truscott five pounds to be paid in one year after my decease by my Executors and a yew and lamb at my decease.

Also I give unto my grand daughter Florence Bastain three pounds to be paid in one year after my decease.

All the remainder of my goods chattles cridects and personal estates and effects whatsoever I give and bequeath unto my sons Thomas Yelland and Robert Yelland home I make and ordain to be my hole and sole Executors of this my last Will and Testament and I do hereby utterly revoke disalow and disanul all former Wills made whatsoever ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last Will and Testament.
