This is the last Will and Testament of me John Bone of the parish of Probus in the County of Cornwall, gentleman. I will and direct that all my just debts, [?]mentary and funeral charges be fully paid and satisfied and Whereas by a certain Indenture of Settlement bearing date on or about the twenty ninth day of September one thousand eight hundred and nine between me John Bone and Maria my wife of the one part, and Joseph Norway, Thomas Richard Avery and Thomas Hellyar gentlemen of the other part - the sum of nine hundred pounds therein particularly referred to, and one third part of the tenements and lands of Treda[?] in the parish of St. Minver, parcels of the Manor of B[?] held for the term and lives therein mentioned are thereby settled, and declared to be vested in the said Joseph Norway, Thomas Richard Avery and Thomas Hellyar for the purposes therein mentioned during my life, and after my decease to and for my children, Betty Blake Peter, Ann Bone, Blake Bone, and John Dyer Bone, or unto such of them and in manner form and proportion as I should by my Deed or Will in writing executed as therein mentioned give and appoint the same Now I do in ppursuance and exercise of such [?] and authority, or by virtue of any other power in me being or enabling me therdo by this my last Will and Testament give, limit, and bequeath unto my daughter Ann Bone her heirs or Executors and Administrators the principal sum of eight hundred and eighty five pounds part of the said sum of nine hundred pounds, and all that the said one third part or share in the said tenements and lands of Tre[?] I give limit and bequeath to my son Blake Bone to hold to him my said son Blake Bone his heirs executors administrators and assigne for and during all the terms and interest therein e[?]. And I give and bequeath unto my son Blake Bone the sum of five pounds the other part of the said sum of nine hundred pounds, and unto my son John Dyer Bone the principle sum of five pounds other part of the said sum of nine hundred pounds. And unto my daughter Betty Blake Peter the sum of five pounds being the residue of the said sum of nine hundred pounds to be paid to them at the end of one year from my decease with the interest to arise therefrom. I give and bequeath unto Thomas Clutterbuck of Truro, and Thomas Gerrans of Probus aford.[aforesaid?] the residue and remainder or other of my goods chattels and personal estate. To hold the same to them the said Thomas Clutterbuck and Thomas Gerrans and the [?] of them his executors and administrators Intitled to sell and dispose of the same, and to turn the whole of my [?] personal estate and property into ready money, and to pay in the first place all my debts funeral charges and the costs of proving this my Will, and such necessary charges and expences as my said trustees shall from time to time be [?] unto and incur and subject thereto do and shall pay the same unto my said daughter Ann Bone, to and for her own proper use and benefit if she shall be living with me and be part of my family at the time of my decease. I nominate and appoint the said Thomas Clutterbuck and Thomas Gerrans Executors in trust of this my will and testament hereby revoking all former or other Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
