In the name of God Amen; I John Bone of Langerth here in the parish of St Stephens In Brannel in the countie of Cornewall gent? being perfect? of mind and remembrace god bee thanked doe make and ordaine this my laste will and testament in mannor following. First I doe give and bequeath my soule unto my almighty God my maker and redeemer and my body to Christian buriall. Item I doe give towards the reparation of the church of St Stephens aforesaid twenty shillings and to the poore people of the same (-?-) of lawfull mony to bee paid within one yeare after my death. Item I doe give toward the repairacon of St Mewan 20 shillings and to the poore people of that parish three pounds of lawfull mony to bee paid as aforesaid; Item I doe give to the poore people of St Dennis 20 shillings and to the poore people of Creed parish 20 shillings to bee paid as aforesaid. Item all those legacies hereafter menconed my Will is that my Executrix herafter named shall pay the same within two years (-?-) after my death by the one halfe the first yeare and the other halfe the (-?-) yeare by equall porcons. Item I doe give and bequeath unto John Bone sonne of Richard Bone deceased thirty pounds of lawfull mony (-?-). Item I doe give and bequeath unto Andrew Bone the brother of the said John forty pounds of lawfull mony (-?-). Item I doe give unto Alexander Bone their brother tenne pounds of lawfull mony (-?-). Item I doe give unto Nicholas Bone twelve pounds. Item I doe give unto Anne the daughter of Alexander Bone deceased four pounds lawfull mony (-?-). Item I doe give unto Beaton? the wife of Richard Allyn four pounds of lawfull mony (-?-). I doe give unto Elizabeth Julye my servant four pounds of lawfull mony (-?-). Item I doe give unto ?Walter Bone sonne of Alexander Bone my brother deceased three pounds of lawfull mony (-?-). Item I doe give unto Robert Bone my god sonne fortie shillings. Item I doe give unto John Bone the (l?/h?)atter forty shillings; I doe give unto Margeret Tremaind the daughter of William Tremaind five pounds of lawfull mony (-?-). Item I doe give unto Bridgett the wife of John (L?/H?) of Bodmyn four pounds of lawfull mony (-?-). Item I doe give unto Alexander Bone sonne of Alexander Bone of Trethullan fortie shillings; Item I do give unto Florence the daughter of John Turner twentie shillings; Item I give unto George Turner my wifes brother (-?-) pounds of lawfull mony (-?-). (-?-) that is to pay to the said John Bone sonne of Richard Bone (-?-), Alexander Bone his brother (-?-) and to Benton? Allyn aforesaid (-?-) And unto the said Elizabeth July 20 shillings During his life if my estate so long shall endure, and after the death of the said Andrew I do give and bequeath the said (-?-) of the said tenement with his app(-?-) unto the said Alexander Bone his brother for (-?-) of his life if my said estate shall so long endure in the said (-?-) the said Alexander paying and doing as the said Andrew (-?-) the (-?-) (-?-) doe, and after the death of the said Alexander I doe give unto John Bone sonne of the said Richard Bone and to his (-?-) all my estate and right in the said (-?-) and (-?-) of the said tenents wife his app(-?-) (-?-) paying all (-?-) and (-?-) (-?-) (-?-) by the said (-?-) and grannt during the said (-?-) (-?-) (-?-) (-?-). And I doe here by make and ordaine Elizabeth my wife my whole and sole Executrix of this my will and of all my other goods and chattells not given now bequeathed, and all former wills to (-?-) and bequeathed before this (-?-) made I doe herby revoke and a(-?-)null.
