In the name of God Amen. The 26th day of February Anno Domi 1641 I Elizabeth Bone of the parish of St Stephens in Brannell in the county of Cornwall, widdowe, doe make and ordaine this my last will and testament in manner, and forme following. First I doe bequeath my soule to Allmighty God, and my body to christian buriall. Item: I doe give to the poore of the parish of St Stephens aforesaid fifty shillings. Item: I doe give towards the repairation and beautifying of the church of St Stephens afoursaide fourty shillings. Item: I doe give to my brother George Turner one hundred pounds. The one half to be paide within a halfe of a yeere after my death, and the other halfe within halfe a yeere after the first paiment and further my will is that if George Turner do dye before this mony be due to him (-?-) then it shall be and remaine portionablely between John Bone the feltmaker, William Bone his brother and Beaton? the now wife of Richard Allen. Item: I give to my brother George my best bedstead, the best feather bed, together with the best rugg, bouls, and blanketts, halfe a dousen of silver spoones, the best crocke, and a little crocke of 2 gallons, 2 pannes, one of 20 gallons, and the other of 14 gallons, one little pan of a gallon: the cupboard and the pewtere thereon, with two deepe (-?-) (-?-), and cow, and a horse?; or seven pound for them. I do also give him the table found in the hall, and the frame there of, ten sheepe, and the blake oak chest. I doe give five pounds to be equally distributed among my brother Anthony his children. Item: I doe give to my cousin John Bone the feltmaker twenty pounds. Item: I doe give to Beaton? the now wife of Richard Allen thirteene pound sixe shillings and eight pence: together with a featherbed furnished, with a covrlett, blankets, boulster and one canvas sheete, and I doe give her and double (-?-) with (-?-) uppon him, one (-?-) petticoate, my best gowne, my best wastcoute; and (-?-) of 3 gallons, 2 silver spoons without heads, and the (-?-) withhold (-?-). Item: I doe give to Catherine Turner teene pounds. Item: I doe give to Flournce Turner forty shillings to be paide them within two yeeres after my death and if (-?-) of them happen to dye before the (?-) (?-) the (-?-) (-?-) (-?-) to (-?-) the whole. Item: I doe give more to Cathrine Turner 4 sheep, 2 silver spoons without heads, and redd petticoate, my best (-?-) (-?-) with (-?-) Item: I doe give to William Bone the elder sixe pounds. Item: I doe give Walter Bone forty shillings if he shall be living at the day of my death. Item: I give to Henry Bone of Lanhydrocke three pounds. Item: I doe give to Alexander Bone the elder three pounds. Item: I give three pounds to be equally divided among Anne Bedforde her children. Item: I doe give to Anthony Turner tenne pounds to be paide immediately after my death; and one wrought gold ring. Item: I doe to Elizab Turner foure pouonds. Item: I doe give to Jane Tregenza widdow fourty shillings. Item: I doe give to Susan Tregenza fourty shillings. Item: I doe give to (-?-) Tregenza thirty shillings. Item: I do give to be equally divided amongest the children of C(-?-)tre the wife of Henry Gold: fore pounds. Item: I give to Elizabeth the wife of John Bone foure pounds, one silver spoon with (-?-) head, one (-?-) of 5 gallons, and chest that stands in the hall, 3 platters, one podger?, (-?-) one wooll (-?-), with 2 butts of (-?-) between my brothers (-?-) and (hen?). Item: I give to Anne (-?-) twenty shillings. Item: I give to Margrett (-?-) three pounds. Item: I give to Anne Flinnowe ten shillings. Item: I give to John Bone the carpenter twenty shillings. Item: I give to Andrew Bone forty shillings. Item: I give to Anne his wife my best tus(-?-) gowne and one (-?-) and lamb to Bridgett their daughter. Item: I give to Alexander Bone their brother tenne shillings. Item: I give to Elizabeth the daughter of John Bone the (-?-) twenty shillings when she shall come to the age of fourteene yeares. Item: I doe give to Bridgett Hoblyn five shillings. Item: I doe give to all the rest of my god children (-?-) a peece.
