In the name of God: Amen: the 12th daye of November in the yeere of our Lord God: 1621: I Allexander Bone the elder of St Stephens In Branell in the Countye of Cornewall, yeoman being in perfect minde and of good memorye (god be thannked) doe make my testament conteyninge herein my last will in mannor and fourme followeinge: first I commende my soule into the hands of allmightie God my maker and redeemer, and my body to Christian buriall when it shall please allmighetye God:

Item I doe give towards the reparing of the church of St Stephens aforesaid: 3 shillings 4 pence

Item I doe give towards the relief of the poore of St Stephens aforesaid 12 pence:

Item I doe give to Sampson Bedforde one heaffer calfe of (5?) yeers old (-?-)

Item I doe give to Ann my daughter: 12 pence:

Item I doe give to Beaton my daughter: 12 pence

Item I doe give to Alse my daughter 12 pence

Item I doe give to Constannce my daughter: 12 pence

Item I doe give to Walter Bone my son, if he come to looke for it: 5 pounds

Item I doe give to William Bone my son: 10 pounds to be paid him within a halfe a yeere after my death:

Item I doe give to Henrye Bone my son 5 pounds to be paid him within three quarters of a yeere, after my death:

Item I doe give to John Bone my son: 12 pence

Item I doe give to John (-?-) the writer heereof 4 shillings 8 pence and

Item I doe give and bequeath unto Allexander Bone my son, all my rights, title interest (-?-) of yeeres (-?) (together with all my assurannce and assurannce thereunto belongeinge or (-?-)teyninge) That I have or oughte to have in all the messuages, lands tenements and here titlaments, mills, (-?-) (-?-) pooles, water and water courses withall singuler there (-?-)-nammed and coodities thereunto belongeinge (-?-) in (-?-) (-?-) (-?-) (-?-) in Trethellan (-?-) Tzethelan? within St Stephens beforesaid, in (-?-) large and (-?-) (-?-) (-?-) the said Allexander Bone or my (-?-) or (-?-) assigned doe name holde the same by vertue in force of one Deede; bearinge date the eight daie of December, in the fifthe yeere of the Raigne of our (-?-) Lord James, By the grace of God, Kinge of England, and Fraunce: Ireland: ect: and of Scotlande the one (-?-) feirtieth: all in and by the sayd deede more at large it doese and maye appeire:

Item all the rest of my Goods Chattells whatsoever moveable and unmoveable not before given or bequeathed (my debts and (-?-) beinng paide) I doe give and bequeathe unto the said Allexander my sonn, whome I doe make my full and whole executor to paye my debs and (-?-), and to (-?-) (-?-) my last will to be prefourmed And all other wills by me heretofore made I doe disanull revoke and (-?-):
