VONOSDALL, Eliza Jane, 25 years lived at Greeley CO, parents left MD plantation for OH, nee Geirhart, born 22 May 1842 Ashland Co. OH, w/o John, his brother Clark of Ashland, after marriage to Geneseo IL, later to CO, children:  Mrs. Edna E. VanCraig and Mrs. Isabelle Churchill of Greeley; Mrs. Grace Garritt of Milwaukee, buried Grove Cemetery beside husband.

BURKE, Mrs. John Sr., died 25 Aug, 88y4d, born Lebanon PA, oldest of 11 children, nearly all her life in Ashland Co. except 5 years in Indianapolis IN, son Wesley of Ashland and Henry of Indianapolis, granddaughter Mrs. Mollie Stauffer and Mrs. John Meinhart of Akron, great-grandson Eugene Zent, husband died 35 years ago, (see previous article).

CARLISLE, Mrs. C.E., died Tuesday at home in Los Angeles CA, 51y, son Harry of Ashland, formerly of Mansfield, other children: Gerald of Lelano CA, Bertha and Glee of home in Los Angeles, buried there.

SMITH, Henry Lenox, 9yon 19 Nov 1915, died hit by train Saturday at Cottage St., s/o Frank L. of 3 houses N of RR on west side of street, 3 years ago from Millersburg, siblings: Mrs. Alton Craig and William of Millersburg, Mrs. Glenn Price of Kent, Bertha Henrietta and Herbert of home.

HENSEL, Calvin Henry, of Jackson Twp., died hung himself Friday, 16 children, but only 1 daughter Dorothy survives, also adopted daughter Mrs. Lewis Weaver, brothers Emer and Washington and 3 sisters all of Stark Co.

BURKE, Mary Ann, w/o Harry deceased, died on Friday at home of daughter Mrs. James Nelson of W of Ashland near Nelson school, 72y11m7d, buried Nankin Cemetery.

BOLLES, Miss Clara, nurse at Samaritan Hospital, died at hospital, 22y, youngest daughter of Sidney of 1 mile S of Nankin, sister Grace, mother died 20 years ago, buried Nankin Cemetery.

ARMSTRONG, Dr. H., died at brother"s in Hayesville Monday, sisters Mrs. L. Yocum and Mrs. Emma White.

HANVILLE, Charlotte, only d/o W.D. of W. Sandusky St., died Tuesday, 12y on 7 Nov 1915.

REED, Horace L., of Mansfield, 75y, died at home Friday, married 1867 Jennie M. Wasson of Ashland, children: Grace deceased, Horace, William W. and Eugene, born Portage Co. 13 Nov 1840, CW Co I 104th OVI.

SEIBERT, Bennett F., died Friday at home between Shelby and Mansfield, s/o Cyrus of Lakefork, sister Mrs. Mollie Spreng of Wooster Rd., 45y.

SENTEL, Samuel, of Hanover Twp., died last week, 72y9m13d, CW Co I 65 OVI, children:  A.B. of Loudonville, William of Lyons, Joseph of CA, Mrs. N.H. Kretch of Alliance, 16 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, brother J.H. of Akron and sister Mrs. Rachel Zellner of Mansfield, buried Loudonville Cemetery.

ZEITLER, William, daughter Helen of W. Main St., Ashland, died Monday at home in Verden OK, 60y2m4d, born Mifflin Twp., wife Lavina F. Hand of Wayne Co., died 18 years ago, other children: Mrs. Orra B. Clark of Monroe MI and Fred of Pavonia, siblings: Mrs. J.H. Bally of Ashland, Mrs. E.I. Osbun of Mansfield and Jacob of Pavonia, funeral at Mansfield.

FINDLEY, Rev. Jacob A., buried Greenwich Cemetery, died 14 Sept at home of daughter Maud Orton of Grand Rapids MI, born Bedford Co PA 7 Mar 1856, other children: Att. Guy B. of Elyria and Mrs. Blanche Meamon of Bangor MI, brothers Rev. J.F. of LaJunta CA, James of Canton OH and Daniel of Mineral City, sister Margaret McKinley of Mineral City.

CLIFFE, Adassa Kinwell, died at home at 333 Union Place in Akron 11 Sept, 78y8m5d, w/o Joseph C., married 12 Oct 1856, 8 sons and 5 daughters, son Dr. D.B. deceased and 2 daughters deceased, children: Dr. G.W. of Upper Sandusky, Rev. C.S. of Gerard, Rev. W.C.S. of Ceres CA, Prof. B.F., Mrs. Lockwood Kelsey, Josephine of Akron, W.R.D. of Richland WI, S.B. of Jeromesville, Mrs. Flora Snyder of Cleveland, Prof. E.T.S. of Mansfield, buried Jeromesville Cemetery beside husband.

GARN, John Odis, born Mohican Twp. 15 Dec 1853, died 4 Sept, 61y8m20d, 1877 married Relitha Jane Harpster, 4 sons and 3 daughters.

OHL, Anna, w/o John C. of 5 miles S of Ashland, died Sunday, 54y, 5 sons, 2 daughters, 2 brothers, 2 sisters, children: Mrs. Vernon Brubaker of W of Ashland, Martin of Ashland, Henry of 6 miles S of Ashland, Lee of 8 miles S of Ashland, Roy of Milton and Anna of homes, siblings: Moses and Henry Rowland, Mrs. Philip Baum all of S of Ashland and Mrs. Frank Hershey of Pavonia, buried Chestnut Grove Cemetery.
