Shannon and Alfred Holbrook, buried Ashland Cemetery.

HALE, Mary, w/o Hugh deceased, died at home of son-in-law D.P. Hout of abt 4 miles this side of Mansfield on Ashland Rd. on Saturday, daughter Mrs. H.R. smith of Mansfield, sisters Mrs. J.P. Hale of Pavonia and Mrs. Josephine Fleming of Galion, buried Windsor Cemetery.

MEINHART, Jane Kathryn, infant d/o John J. of Massillon, died Saturday at home of grandparents J.W. Burke of Evergreen Place, a few days old.

CORBETT, Edward L., abt 55y, employee of Baltimore and Ohio RR, died at Sullivan, of West Philadelphia PA, body found Wednesday.

SPRAGUE, Amos P., died at Dr. O.S. Martin's office in Salamanca NY of 2 July, 60y, born Phoenix RI, to Salamanca NY abt 30 years ago, wife, brothers John B. of Ashland OH, William C. of Moosup CT, sisters Mrs. A.T. Palmer of Smethport PA, Mrs. Bertha Bemis of Providence RI, buried Wildwood Cemetery.

CAMPBELL, John, of near Widowville, died Sunday, 60y, wife and 3 daughters, 2 brothers and 1 sister Mrs. Edward Darrer.

ROYAL, Miss Della, died Sunday at home of sister Mrs. E.L. Barton of Cottage St., to Ashland from Gibsonburg with her sister and brother-in-law.

GIBSON, George, CW Vet, of Wellington, buried Sullivan Cemetery, children John, Bud, Harry, Lovella and Emma.

SMITH, Ida Florence, born 14 Feb 1860, d/o David and Mary Shearer, sisters Sude Shearer and Mrs. Milton Edwards, brother William Shearer, mother, sister and brother died previously, married Ralph A. Smith 5 Apr 1883, children Mary, Thad, Martha and Ruth.

STRONG, Arthur G., s/o H.A., born Loudonville, died at home of parents Thursday, 18y, buried family lot in Loudonville Cemetery.

SMITH, Ida, w/o Ralph, died Sunday, d/o David Shearer of Ashland, children Mary, Martha, Ruth and Thad, (see previous article).

STRONG, Arthur Gordon, s/o Homer, died Thursday at home of parents on Orange Hill, 18y7m29d, (see previous article).

TAYLOR, William F., formerly of Ashland, died at Mansfield Friday, 65y, sister Mrs. D.F. Brubaker of Ashland, s/o Samuel, uncle of Mrs. L. Penn of Dayton.

NELL, Mrs. Samuel, 44y, died at Polk home on Wednesday, husband and 6 children survive, buried Nankin Cemetery.

RICKER, Peter F., died at Galion home Saturday, 63y6m6d, s/o George and Catherine Snyder Ricker, born W of Ashland 20 Jan 1850, married 17 June 1873 Catherine Elizabeth Helfrich d/o Peter and Barbara, to Galion 1903, children Mande w/o O.R. Rinehart of Galion, J.F. and G.W. of Ashland, C.W. of Galion, siblings: William and Mrs. William Smith of Maitland MO, Mrs. W.F.L. Block, Mrs. Theodore Poister and Mrs. David Christman of Galion.

MIDDLETON, _____, s/o Mrs. Minerva Middleton of Ashland Co, died 26 July in RR accident, message received from Iron Mountain MI.

THORNBURG, Samuel, died Wednesday at old Thornburg homestead 2 1/2  miles S of Ashland on Hayesville Rd, 85y8m17d, s/o Samuel and Elizabeth, born Beaver Co PA 13 Nov 1827, to Ashland Co abt 1848, wife 82y, married 60y, 5 children only 1 survives Thomas, 2 sons and 2 daughters died in early life, sister Mrs. Margaret Patterson of WV, buried Ashland Cemetery.

HOSLER, child, s/o Clement of Park Ave W in Mansfield, born Wednesday at Samaritan Hospital, died at birth, buried Thursday in Bellevue.

CRAWFORD, William, s/o John, died Tuesday at home of grandparents Basil Crawford of 9th St., 2y11m9d, buried Ashland Cemetery.
