MILLER, Philip, born Wooster 8 Aug 1840, died Lattasburg 8 June, 71y10m3d, CW, buried in Bethel Cemetery, wife survives.

GALLAWAY, Sarah, nee Swaisgood, d/o Andrew and Elizabeth, born Jackson Twp. 9 Sept 1839, died Redhaw 9 June, 72y9m, married John Gallaway 8 Dec 1866, children: 4 sons and 4 daughters, 3 daughters and 1 son died previously in early childhood, survived by husband, 1 brother, 3 sons and 1 daughter, 7 grandchildren.

HOOTMAN, Clifton, s/o Ross, funeral Monday at Jeromesville, 5y.

CAMPBELL, Edwin Parmely, born Cincinnati 9 Dec 1845, died Sullivan OH 11 June, 66y6m2d, last member of family in Sullivan, buried Sullivan Cemetery.

MOORE, Mary, buried Savannah Cemetery, born 1852, eldest child of John and Agnes Gault Moore, granddaughter of John Gault, mother died when Mary was 6y, an uncle was William G. Gault of Ruggles Twp., sister: Mrs. A.M. Miller of New London, died 18 June.

TALLENTIRE, Eben Maxon, died at home of parents on College Ave. Tuesday, 25y6d, s/o John R., born near Ashland 19 June 1887, one of 10, survived by parents and 6 siblings: Mrs. C.E. Richards of Washington D.C., Edith and George B. of Ashland, J.W. of Washington D.C., Mrs. F.A. McDermott of Pittsburg PA and Russell of Ashland, buried Ashland Cemetery.

SONANSTINE, L., formerly of Shenandoah, died IN, buried last Thursday at Shenandoah OH.

CRAMER, Al C., died Saturday, of Hayesville on West St., funeral Tuesday.

STEM, Jacob, died Monday at home 1 1/2  miles S of Ashland on King Rd., 73y, wife, son William D. of Philadelphia PA, daughters: Mrs. Alvin Brandt and Mrs. Ella Bishop of Mansfield all survive, brother Joseph of Broad St., George of IA, Fred of Redhaw, sister: Mrs. Jane Stauffer of Ashland, buried Ashland Cemetery.

GROSE, Amos, died at home 502 vine St. Saturday, born 21 May 1842 Lattasburg, Wayne Co, wife, 2 daughters and 1 grandson survives, buried Lattasburg Cemetery.

 SHAVER, Newton Casper, CW Co K 102nd OVI, died at home of sister Mrs. Alzina Curry of Shelby, died last Thursday, buried beside wife in Nova Cemetery.

CRAMER, Albert Franklin, 2nd son born, born 18 May 1851, died 22 June, 61y1m4d, 1 of 3, to Hayesville when 7y old, married 1873 Mary Stover, 3 children: Mrs. Charles McKinley of Mansfield, Mrs. Jay Latimer and Prof. E.M. Cramer, 1 brother survives.

SHAVER, Jasper N., of 242 Vine St., Ashland; son James; only sister: Mrs. A.S. Curry of Shelby; niece: Mrs. Kirkpatrick of Shelby; died Thursday at home of sister in Shelby; buried Nova Cemetery, born Ashland Co; died; 75y1m12d; wife died previously; 3 sons and 1 daughter survive; (see previous article).

TALLENTIRE, Eben M., s/o John R. of College Ave., buried Ashland Cemetery, (see previous article).

NAFTZGER, Daniel, of Wayne Co., 65y, wife and 2 daughters: Mrs. William Group and Mrs. Ellis Fetzer, died Thursday, buried Saturday.

SHAVER, Jasper Newton, s/o Andrew and Mary, born Orange Twp., Ashland Co OH 15 Jan 1837, died Shelby OH 27 June, 75y5m12d, married Sarah Ann Risher 11 Feb 1864, children: Charles S., James S., Tulley R., Nancy D., and Todd A. who died 22 Feb 1887, 7 grandchildren, 1 sister: Mrs. Alzina S. Curry of Shelby, CW Co K 102nd Reg OVI, wife died 10 Nov 1899, buried Nova Cemetery beside wife, (see previous articles).

YOCHEM, Raymond, 12y, s/o Andrew of Galion, drowned Friday in Big Four reservoir.

JOHNSON, Mrs. James, Sr., mother of Judge James Johnson Jr. of State Supreme Court, died Monday at Springfield OH home, nephew: Rev. Arthur H. Smith of Ashland.

HENDERSON, Ralph, died Friday, 1st cousin: Charles A. Hockensmith of Ashland.

CHANCE, Mrs. Sarah, died Friday at home of daughter Mrs. Mary Sones in Blachleyville, Wayne Co.; 70 years, U.B. Church, 7 children: George of Ashland, John of VA, James and Samuel and Mrs. Wile Hamlin of Blachleyville, Mrs. Eli Zimmerman of Reedsburg and Mrs. Sones.

McCULLOUGH, Mrs. Walter, Charlie Burris of E. 9th St. is a cousin, 32y, died Wednesday at home in Butler, 3 children, brother Ora McCullough of IN, buried Friday.
