STROUP, Mrs. P.B., died at Cleveland home on Friday, 60y, w/o Rev. P.B. formerly at pastor in Ashland from 1873-75 and 1895-99, 3 sons and 4 daughters, (see previous article).

KLOPFENSTEIN, Mrs. Laura, formerly of Attica, aunt of Jesse Klopfenstein of Bank St., Ashland, husband died 15 Feb, she died Tuesday at home of daughter near Trio, Crawford Co., her father died near Bucyrus 5 weeks to the day husband died, 52y, survived by mother, 5 brothers and sisters, 2 daughters and 3 sons, (says 6 children elsewhere in article).

WHITE, J. Wesley, of Adario, found dead in woods near home Friday, 3 daughters: 2 of Adario and 1 of Shelby, 68y, CW.

MARKS, James, 70y, died 2 miles west of Lucas, funeral Thursday; wife and 2 daughters, Mrs. Minnie Myers of Mansfield and Mrs. Anna Derr of S of Ashland; brothers: Jacob of Lucas and Franklin of Ashland, sisters: Mrs. Sarah Griffin and Mrs. Nancy Oyster of Canton and Elizabeth of Lexington, C.W.

SAUNDERS, Charles, 9y, colored, drowned in cistern at home of parents in Wooster on Thursday.

BARTHOLOMEW, Mrs. Rachel, 75y, died after being burned Thursday, of SE of Wellington.

SWINEFORD, Robert Boyle, infant s/o Charles W., died at home on Orange St. on Saturday, 6m2d, born last Oct, buried Ashland Cemetery.

BEACH, Adam, 26y, died after hanging himself on Wednesday near Crestline.

PIETSCH, Adam, died, found hung in orchard of William Hoffman on Wednesday, worked for Seneca Chain Co. in Mansfield.

THOMPSON, David J., born Salt Creek Twp., OH, 5 May, died Lancaster OH 10 April 1909, married 1875 Nancy Horner, 5 children of whom 2 died previous, survived by wife, 3 children, 3 brothers, 2 sisters, brother Reason of Sullivan OH, buried in Sullivan Cemetery.

HOOP, Mary Ann, of Nevada in Wyandot Co. OH, died Friday, burned, 3 weeks ago her sister Catherine Soles aged 73y died, survived by husband c80y, daughter Mrs. Dode (Nellie) Coons, grandson Charles Coons, funeral Sunday.

FISH, John F., of Shelby, died at Lakeside Hospital in Cleveland on Friday, 45y, born 14 April 1864 Vermont.

CUTNAW, Peter, of Butler area, 87y10m, born Switzerland, to France and married 63 years ago, 7 children of whom oldest died in infancy, to Wayne Co., then to Knox Co. OH.

MOHERMAN, Hetta, died 17 April, 82y11m23d, born Salisbury PA, nee Wagner, parents died in Salisbury PA when she was 9y, shortly after parents died, she and grandparents, Peter and Elizabeth Lichty came to Jefferson in Wayne Co. OH, grandparents died about 7 years later, lived with Slocum and Carter families near Ashland, married 29 January 1846 Austin Moherman, he died January 1894, had 12 children, all survive except son George W. who died Dec. 1886 and an infant son who died at age 6w, 16 grandchildren, (elsewhere) born 24 April 1826, Somerset Co. PA, lived near Ashland c67y, funeral at Dickey Church.

KERSHNER, Mary Elizabeth, d/o Harry and Catherine of Perrysville, died Saturday, aged 20y.

McCLURE, Charles W., of Wooster, died Sunday, Civil War.

KEIM, John, died last week in Louisville, OH.

GORDON, David, died at home near Albion, buried Monday.

TUCKER, Eliza Jacobs, born Ashland OH 15 May 1839, died in Adario 10 April, 69y10m25d, married Richard Gribben who died 20 years ago, had 3 daughters and 3 sons of whom 3 survive: Mrs. Mary Alverson of Adario, Mrs. Emma Hill of Mansfield and J.M. Gribben of Olivesburg, in later life married David Tucker who died previous, member of old Jacob family, her son Richard died Saturday, buried with son, (see following article).

GRIBBEN, Richard Cloyd, s/o Mrs. Eliza Tucker, born 18 June 1877, died 11 April at Adario home, c32y, mother died Saturday, buried with mother.

LECHLITNER, funeral in Indiana, sister Mrs. Hannah Zehner of North Milton, aunt of A.B. Lechlitner of Pakarusa IN.

STARRETT, Warren, of Mifflin, buried Zehner Cemetery, funeral Sunday.

BRUBAKER, Mrs. Christian, nee HOOVER, died 14 April, 66y9d, born 5 April 1843, survived by husband, 1 son and 2 daughters, buried in Chestnut Grove Church Cemetery.

ZIMMERMAN, Mrs. Adam, sister of Lydia and Davina Barone of Rowsburg, died last Tuesday in Ashland.
