SOLES, Catherine, found dead Friday at home on E. Liberty St., w/o Warren who died 1894, born Maryland PA, would have been 74y next Sept, to Ashland when 14y, 7 children: John of Mansfield, Randolph, William, Joseph, McClellan, and Herbert of Ashland, and one daughter died previously, sister, Mrs. Mary Ann Hopp of Wyandot Co., NV, buried Ashland Cemetery.

BALDWIN, Fred, of Coshocton, formerly of Ashland, died at home of parents in Bloomville, Seneca Co. on Thursday, wife, 2 small children and parents survive.

MANSFIELD, L. E., died at Springfield MO home on Tuesday, wife and 4 sons survive, brother of Mrs. Randolph Soles and Mrs. W.L. Cordell of Ashland, Mrs. T.P. Cortes of Lorain and J.B. of Chicago.

ANDRESS, Margaret, born Ashland Co. 15 June 1830, died at home of son, S.J. Andress of Auburn IN, married 1848 William Andress who died 30 Mar 186S, 7 children, after Wm. died she moved to Hayesville.

ROWLEY, Mrs. Elizabeth, died at home of daughter, Mrs. Elizabeth Mather of Galion on Thursday, 90y, born 17 Oct 1819, related to Mrs. Benjamin Miller of Ashland.

KISSLING, Ruth, 6y, of Bucyrus, died after being burned.

BRECHEISEN, George, formerly of Loudonville, died at home in Hastings MI, wife, 1 daughter and 3 sons survive, brother of John and Jacob of Loudonville.

HALL, J.C.F., formerly of Bucyrus, died in Los Angeles CA on Thursday, 17y.

BOWERIZE, Ida Detrow, born Troy Twp. 18 April 1864, died 19 Mar at E. Main St. home, 44y11m1d, married 17 Nov 1887 Charley C. Bowerize, survived by husband, mother and brother, (see previous article).

SCOVEL, Minor, 50y, s/o Rev. Sylvester Minor formerly of Wooster, died Sat at Massillon St. Hospital, married Ida Paine, granddaughter of Governor of TN.

ATHERTON, Mrs. Jay, died 15 Mar in Orange Twp, born near Hayesville, after marriage to Troy Twp, few years later to Orange Twp., died in childbirth, survived by husband and three small children including 9d old, buried McKay Cemetery.

BITTINGER, Mrs. Lucinda, nee Zehner, buried last Monday at Zehner Cemetery.

ROLAND, Arthur, died, s/o John, buried Monday at Chestnut Grove Cemetery.

MOFFET, John, s/o John S. of Widowville, died 28 Mar, 8y, sister and parents survive, buried Strickland Cemetery, uncles: Lyman, Arthur and Milton Doerrer of Ashland.

DANNELL, Jacob, of New London, died Wednesday.

QUAIL, Robert, formerly of Holmes Co., died in MO, leaving estate of over 12,000; nephew, Robert Miller of Loudonville $1,000.

DANIELS, Frank A., formerly of Ruggles, died in New London 29 Mar.

BEATTIE, Isabel, died 3 Apr at Ruggles home, 82y1m23d, nee Thorn (Thom?) born Insch, Aberdeendshire, Scotland 10 Feb 1827, d/o Alexander, to US 1837, married 4 Apr 1844 John Beattie who died in Winter of 1882/83, children: Prof. James of Lincoln NE, W.J. of Geneva OH, John of New London, Mrs. Mary Teachout of Cleveland, A.M. of Norwalk, Mrs. Katherine Hall died at Hiram home in 1889, Mrs. Nettie McClave died at New London home in 1895, Edward died in CA 1893 and W.H. of home, brother James Thorn of Norwalk and Wm. of WI.

ARNDT, Lillie May, w/o Walterm died Sunday at home of father, 18y6m28d, infant son born last Thursday, d/o Daniel Ernst, born 6 Sep 1890, buried Ashland Cemetery.

FRIEDRICH, Andrew, died in Cleveland Saturday, 65y, born Germany, to US 1872, wife and 5 children, a brother and sister in Germany, a sister in NY; brother, John, a tailor, of Ashland; was in war in Germany and Franco-Russian War 1870/71.

ARNDT, Infant son of Walter E. Arndt died at home on E. Washington St. on Monday, (mother died previous).

HEITZ, Mrs. Fred S., died Saturday, 70y, stepsons Jacob and Frederick, Jr.

STROUP, Mrs. P.B., died Lakewood OH, funeral Norwalk on Monday, nee Sanders, family of Peru in Huron Co., daughter Mrs. Gallup of Norwalk, also survived by father, 5 sisters and 3 brothers.

GRIBBEN, Cloyd, s/o Mrs. E.J. Tucker who died Saturday at Adario, he was found dead Sunday by sister, buried with mother.

TUCKER, Mrs. E.J., died Saturday at Adario, son Cloyd Gribben, 73y, buried with son.
