BEARD, Peter John, died 29 January at home of daughter Mrs. Mary Hudson of Charleston OH, born Wooster OH 15 April 1845, to Sullivan OH 1868, married 26 Oct 1872 Ellen Clark, survived by wife, 1 son and 2 daughters, 5 brothers Silas, Adam, Henry, Will and Charles, and 2 sisters Maggie and Becky.

HARVOUT, Richard Bruce, born Clear Creek Twp., Ashland Co. OH 19 Jan 1828, died at Sullivan home 5 Feb, 81y17d, married 25 Mar 1854 Elizabeth Elvyra McMillen who died 22 years ago, 5 sons and 2 daughters, married 28 Oct 1889 Mrs. Elizabeth McDonald, sons Louis and Franklin died in childhood, survived by wife and children Mrs. S.M. Cooper of Cincinnati, Mrs. Jennie Beck of KS, A.M. and S.E. of Cincinnati and Willie of Sullivan.

BOWMAN, John, of Lexington, born Ruggles Twp. May 1853, died at home of sister Mrs. Dora Major 31 Jan, sisters Jennie and Emma Bowman of Mansfield, buried Savannah Cemetery.

STENTZ, Miss Sylvia, died 11 Feb at home of parents, d/o J.F. Stentz of 1 mile W and 1 mile S of Nova, 43y, buried in Fulmer Vault.

STENTZ, Daniel, died last Sunday, funeral next Wednesday.

McCLAIN, Mrs., died at home S of High St. on Sunday, buried Ashland Wednesday, 73y10m19d, husband, 1 son and 2 daughters survive, formerly of near Olivesburg.

HAMILTON, Frank C., 33y, of Lucas, found body on RR between Mansfield and Lucas.

McMurray, William Jr., died at home on Maple St. Wednesday, 35y, survived by wife and 4 children, father William Sr., sisters: Mrs. Ella Hockensrnith, Mrs. Lizzie Overly and Jennie, brother Mahlon McMurray.

EGNER, Benjamin, formerly of Olivesburg, buried at Olivesburg Saturday, died at home of daughter Mrs. H. Harris of near Jeromesville 9 Feb, 84y, children Frank of Savannah, Eli of W of Olivesburg, Sherman of Denver CO, Tall in MO, Mrs. C. Obets and Mrs. Harris.

STENTZ, Daniel C., 2nd s/o Peter and Mary Stentz, born Columbiana Co. OH 25 Oct 1833, died in Nova 14 Feb, 75y3m19d, in Spring 1834 with parents to Orange Twp. on farm now owned by O.H. McFadden, married 24 Nov 1857 Susan Smith, 5 children: 3 sons and 2 daughters: Addison, Ira, Lewis, Mary died in infancy and Carrie who died 1899 at 23y, shortly after marriage moved to Richland Co. and lived there 13 years, April 1865 to Sullivan Twp. for 40 years, Spring 1905 to Nova, siblings: James, Albert, Mrs. Martha J. Smith survive, 1 grandson and 1 granddaughter Mrs. Florence Whipple, buried Nova Cemetery, (see previous article).

STENTZ, Miss Sylvia, d/o James F. and Mary J. Stentz, born Huntington IN 5 June 1865, died 12 Feb, brothers Albert C., Daniel L. and Charles W., sister Mrs. Nellie R. Oakes, parents to Orange Twp. abt 1865, to Troy Twp. 1865.

EWING, Elmer, died at W. 8th St. home Monday, 65y5m7d, born 15 Sept 1843, boyhood days in Montgomery Twp., number of years in Milton Twp., 9 years ago to Ashland, CW 196th OH Reg, 2nd wife survives, children: Thomas of Buckley WA, Kate of Ewnatchee WA and Mrs. Bessie Shidler w/o Charles of Cleveland, half brother Frank Ewing and half sister Mrs. Fred Mosimon of Bluffton IN, buried Ashland Cemetery.

MICHAEL, Mrs. George, died Thursday at home of Marion Dessenberg of E 4th St., 74y, born Germany 24 Jan 1835, to Ashland OH 1859, husband died 11 years ago next June, 10 children: 7 survive -4 daughters, 3 sons-, buried Ashland Cemetery.

WAGGONER, Mrs. Margaret, died Friday at home of daughter, Mrs. Ricksecker, buried Ashland Cemetery Sunday.

JOHNSON, Glen E., s/o Fred of Sullivan, 20y, missing from home for 4 years, died in a Detroit Hospital after an operation.

McCONNELL, Mrs. J. F., died at Rowsburg home Wednesday, (elsewhere) Elizabeth w/o J.F. of Rowsburg, died Wednesday, 62y, husband survives.

McCONNELL, Mrs. J. F., nee Elizabeth Foulk born New Washington, Crawford Co. OH 21 Jan 1847, died 24 Feb, 62ylm3d, buried Rowsburg Cemetery, (see previous article).

JOHNSON, Glen E., born Wellington OH 5 Mar 1889, died Lancaster OH 13 Feb, grandfather J. O. Johnson of Wellington was with him at death and brought body back to Sullivan and buried him beside father Fred E., mother and brother of Lansing MI, (see previous article).

BRIAN, Mrs. A. S., died Tuesday at E 4th St. home, TB, 39y, husband and 2 children survive, buried Ashland Cemetery.
