Claremont, Lula, Debie and Owens, buried Ashland Cemetery. CURRIER, Alpha, died Sunday at home of only surviving son, A. M. of Cass St., Ashland, 97y6m10d, born Canterburg NH 1 Sept 1808, had spent abt 20 yrs in OR, CA, and MT mining returning to the East in 1880, 1899 from Providence RI to Ashland where he had lived with daughter, Mrs. Carrie Arnold, until her death, his wife died July 1874, had been cabinet maker, his grandfather, John Currier had been in Rev War, 3 brothers in NH and 1 sister in Providence RI. STONER, Nettie, 30y, 2nd d/o John, died 1 mile north of Ashland Monday, born 1876, sister of Fred, James and Wanda, buried on lot of George Lee in Ashland Cemetery. STRANG, John, 50y, of SE part of county, died Tuesday of lockjaw, wife, 2 daughters and 1 son. HUSTON, Clarence, 20y, married only 2 months, shot himself at home of father-in-law, Jacob Ginter of near Congress, Wayne Co. PLANK, Harry O., oldest s/o Theodore R. of 5 miles east of Ashland, born 9 Sept 1888, died 10 Mar. BALLY, Peter, of Milton Twp., died 9 Mar, 77y1m21d, born Strasburg, Lancaster Co. PA 19 Jan 1829, with parents to OH in 1833, when he was 14 yrs old his father was killed by falling tree, 1857 married Sarah Grush who survives along with 5 children and 1 foster son - son of brother whom he had raised since age 1, Julius H. of Ashland, J.
