Mary's great-grandmother was Carrie Louise Bodine, daughter of John Howard Bodine. Carrie Louise Bodine married Clarence Eugene Reynolds, the son of Claudius Reynolds and Susan A. Kirby. The date "1897", in black type here, does not seem to appear on the page for Births that I have. If you look at the image of this page, you won't see "Carrie L. Reynolds was Bron July 2" either, but it is on a black and white copy of the original that I have. It's on the very bottom of the page, but is cut off in the color copy I have.)

Written at the top of the page is this: Ruth Hayward Reynolds & Conrad Lee Slusher were married March 6, 1919 at Battle Creek, Michigan by Rev. ??
