Weakley County, Tennessee Deed Book V, Page 293. 2 Aug 1871

Synopsis:
This deed concerned a farm that Elizabeth E Farmer had inherited from her fahter, Thomas Martin. Elizabeth died on 12 Jul 1871. A couple weeks later John F. Farmer tranfered the property to two of his sons, William H. Farmer and John B. Farmer. It was done on the condition that they take care of him for the rest of his life. A transcription of this deed can be found following the copy of Deed Book V, page 295.
