Marian Asbury Felice related that Forrest was always a sickly child. He was checked into Deaconess Hospital, Wenatchee, WA on 1/22/1936 with intestinal blockage. A dividing adhesion operation was performed on 1/23/1936 and he died from general peritonitis (infection of the abdominal cavity sac) on 1/25/1936 at 6:50AM - from Forrest L.
