Mr. Virgil Storms
Kerrville, Texas

Dear Kinsman. I am sending you information I have gathered about Storms, Halls, Oders and Hardin families.

Your family can enter the D. A. R. under the Hall family. I have not been well and perhaps will not be able to organize and print a book on our allied families so I am sending to you enough information to guide you and your descendents about the ancestor from whence you came.
Do you know anything about the family of Harrison Posey of Mission, Texas? I received a card from He and wife but nothing from their daughter Bertice and no answer to a letter written to her some time ago. I had a card from a sister of Harrison living at Center Point.

We are having a very fine winter here but there is time for some very cold weather yet.

I hope you will continue in good health. I will be seventy five years old on Jan. 22 1960. I live alone. I take my meals out. My daughter lives by me and I am with her nearly every morning for breakfast. All my mothers full brothers are dead and I am the oldest member of the Storms connection in Ky. as I presume you are in Texas. I am so sorry that I did not look you up while I was there. I am sure we would have a great deal in common and would have enjoyed talking about our families. There are no Sellars left here although there are some in Lexington and possibly Jessamine County.

Best and kindest wishes to you and yours.

Very sincerely yours,
Forrest Calico
