This site is dedicated to our two sons, Zach & Joe,
my beautiful wife, Diane, (they broke the mold after her!)
and to all of our ancestors, in their memory.

This site is the culmination of over 30 years of research, which started in 1977 after the death of my Grandfather, and the inspiration of Alex Haley's movie "Roots."

Update!
I tried to make my homepage more user friendly last time I updated it, but not sure I like it now.
It will have to do for the time being.

It has been 18 months since I added any updates. Life has been busy, and not much time to work on the website.
This update includes a database update, which has grown by over 200 names. Unfortunately, I have misplaced my update file, where I record changes that have been added, so I can not tell you much of what is new.

The files are still slowly growing, and I still have some information to add. There are well over 4900 names in the online database, and I will continue to add as many as possible, as time permits, with as many "branches" of other family lines with descendants.

I am also in the process of adding a Photos and Archives page! Starting out will be links to existing photos, and I will continue to add photos, as well as documents and other "archive" materials.

Family names highlighted below have their own Family Page! I hope to add more in the future!
