The above painting, or "Stretcher in Crayon" was discovered in my Grandmother's attic. It was originally ordered by John Blust, son of George (order receipt also discovered, no price or date.) Appears to be from the photograph that appears below, perhaps the photo was a proof, or the painting was later ordered from the photograph. A similiar painting of "Mrs. Blust (Magdelena?) was discovered without a frame, and did not fair well over the years, in poor condition.


In just the last few months, many old photos have come to me from various relatives.
First I would like to say "THANK YOU!" to those who have contributed photos.
Especially my Aunt Rose, and cousins Mary Lu, Troas, and Tressa.
Without these wonderful ladies, these photos would still be hiding from us all.

My intent here is to not only share these photos, but to ask for aid in identification of several people in sevaral photos. If you can identify anyone marked as "unknown," or believe someone has been mis-identified, please let me know.
