This is
the last Will and Testament of me, Ann Ingersent of Topsham in the
County of Devon Widow. To my three grandchildren namely Ann
Cann the wife of William Honey Cann, William Pidgeon and George
Pidgeon I give the sum of nineteen pounds and nineteen shillings
each. And the whole of the residue and remainder of my
real and and personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever
that I may be possessed of or to which I may be entitled at the time
of my decease after paying my just debts funeral expenses and the
costs and charges of proving this my Will, I give devise and
bequeath to my daughter Sarah Baker the wife of William Taverner
Baker of Topsham aforesaid. And I further appoint the said
William Taverner Baker sole Executor of this my Will.
In
Witness whereof the said Ann Ingersent the Testatrix have to this my
last Will and Testament set my hand this eighteenth day of December
One thousand eight hundred and sixty nine.

the said Ann Ingersent the Testatrix as and for her last Will and
Testament in the presence of us present at the same time who
at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other
have hereunto subscribed our names as Witnesses}

Proved at
Exeter the first day of May 1880 by the oath of William Taverner
Baker, the sole Executor, to whom Administration was granted.
The
Testatrix Ann Ingersent was late of Topsham in the County of Devon
Widow and died on the second day of April 1880 at Topsham aforesaid.
