Howard Blum second married Hazel Doreen Cann of Oil City. They met while she was teaching at Pithole School. She told me that she lived with a family in the neighborhood while she taught there in an upstairs room and would hear him coming with his team of horses, bells ringing and singing a song. They had two children before divorcing - Beatrice Anne Blum & William Wesley "Budd" Blum
