There used to be a few houses out on the
the local
Conservation Trust.

side of the Creek, there used to be a fishing shack, which belonged
to the “Novies” (local term for people from
didn’t
like the fishermen from
pushed most
of them to the right-hand side of the Creek, where it was harder to
access
the shacks. However, Tommy Swain was lucky; he got a fishing shack
on the
better side.
