County. To have & to hold the said property estate and interest
hereby conveyed to them the said Blondel & Ro Ho Hoomes, their

upon the followinq purposes and conditions that is to say- In the
first place it shall be the duty of the said Blondel & R. H. Hoomes
or either of them, their or either of their or when requested by the

property & estate as they may think has calculated to promote the
objects of this trust, and upon such terms as they may think
proper- and out of the proceeds thereof, in the first place pay the
expenses attending the execution of this trust & then payoff and
discharge a judqement in the name of Georqe F. name of George
P. Thornton against the said George w. Hoomes; one in the Turner
against said Hoomes; one in the name of Joseph Hobson assign of
George P. Turner against said Hoomes, one in the name of John
Chandler aqainst said Hoomes, together with the interest and
costs which may therein have accrued- the amounts of which
several judgements may be seen by reference to the records of
the County & Circuit Courts of Caroline County.- Then payoff &
discharge a debt due Norborne E. Sutton amountinq to $ & a debt
due Woolfolk, McDaniel & Co. amounting to $ and any then just
debts which the said George w. Hoomes may owe not now
recollected. And then upon this further Trust- the said Blondel &
Hoomes are to hold whatever then may remain of the proceeds of
sale of such of the property or estate as may be sold after paying
the debts aforesaid arid all of the property and estate hereby
conveyed and which may not have been sold to the use and
maintenance and support of the said Susan Placette Hoomes,
durinq her life, and for the support, maintenance and education of
the heirs of her body, which she may have by her intermarriage
with the said George w. Hoomes free from the claim or ( 2 )
