Whose covered in these pages
The Bucks based family of Blinko's (Blincow, Blencoe, Blencowe, Blincowe, Blinker, Blinco. Blincoe, Blinko and Blinkoe), descended  from William Blincow C1702-1781. Launton nr Bicester .
The descendant tree of John Blincow 1788-1850 contains over 2,000 related descendants.
The descendant tree of William Blincow C1702-1781  document the first 3 generations of Bicester Blincow's for which we have research and records.

In addition to the descendant trees there are three specific ancestry trees for the ancestors of Roger & Lynn  Blinko, the ancestors of Kenneth , Ronald & Enid Blincoe and lastly the ancestors of  George  & Gordon  Blinko.

How to get around these pages
The format include a generation by generation set of pages that have in many cases additional notes pages and image pages (called scrapbook pages). Wherever possible we have included public records in the notes pages for our ancestors and captured images of those records in the scrapbook, for the primary person in the tree.     ORIGINS OF BLINKO SURNAME & VARIATIONS

    The name Blinko originates probably from Adam de Blencow a 14th century landholder, soldier and magistrate who was given the land around the village of Blencow in 1342 (hence title).     The STRATFORD family

    The ancestry report uses 'Ahnentafel' numbering. This means that the numbers for a person's parents will be twice as large as that person's number. For example, if a woman's number is 15, her father will be number 30, and her mother will be 31. Her child will be number 7.
