     Martin J. was a baker from 1922 to 1925 at Missouri.42,43 His wife, Mary "Mollie" O'Connor, died on 25 August 1922 at age 65. He was the informant on her death certificate.44,45 Martin J. Heade lived from 1925 to 1937 at 1738 O'Fallon Street in Missouri.43,46

     Martin died on 14 June 1929 at at home in St. Louis, Missouri, at age 70, Martin Robert "Marty" Heade was the informant on the death certificate.47,2 His cause of death was carcinoma of the face and throat.4 His obituary was published in the St. Louis Post-Dispatch Newspaper on 15 June 1929.47 His obituary stated:
Heade, Martin J - Entered into rest on Friday June 14, 1929, at 3 p. m., beloved husband of the late Mary Heade (nee O'Connor), dear father of Michael, Martin Heade Jr., and Mrs. Margaret Devlin, brother of Mrs. G. W. Hardesty, Mrs. Edwin Schulenberg, Mrs. Henry Seegers, Mrs. William Medell and James P. Heade, our dear uncle and grandfather. Funeral from Cullinane Bros, funeral parlor 1710 North Grand boulevard, Monday, June 17 at 8:30 a. m. to St. Liborius Church. Interment in Calvary Cemetery. (c7)

     His funeral service was held on 17 June 1929 at St. Liborius Catholic Church, St. Louis, Missouri, at 8:30 a.m. St. Liborius was originally organized as a German Catholic parish and an offshoot of St. Joseph's in 1855 at Hogan and North Market Streets, it was reconstructed in 1889.47,48 Martin J. Heade was buried on 17 June 1929 in Calvary Catholic Cemetery in St. Louis, Missouri, section 25, lot 223, grave 1 in a Riddle Co. casket. The funeral cost $466.00 which was paid by his sister Agnes Seeger, $193.40 in July 1929 and then $10.00 per month until paid. The procession included nine limousines and a hearse.49,47,50,2,4
