Prior to this, she had been a patient at Boone County Hospital in Columbia, Missouri.3 Her obituary stated:
Mrs. Helen Frank, 80, of 917 Harding st., died this morning at the Fulton hospital. Until three weeks ago she was a patient at Boone county hospital at Columbia. Mrs. Frank was born at Taos, Aug. 13, 1871, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Herman Krummen. On Sept. 10, 1895 she was married to Donald Frank, who died Feb. 9, 1916. She is survived by six sons, Henry Frank, Linn; Anton and Edwin Frank, St. Louis; Leo Frank, Jefferson City; Hugo Frank, Napa, Calif., and John Krummen, Jefferson City; three daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth Hajturk, St. Louis; Mrs. Cecelia Anderson, Terre Haute, Ind., and Mrs. Josephine Elsworth, Jefferson; five step-children, Louis Frank and Mrs. Annie Heckman, Wardsville, Mrs. Katie Shopp, Ohio; Mrs. Mary Abel, Jefferson City, and Mrs. Rose Vonost, Dearborn, Mich., and one sister, Anna Krummen, Jefferson City. Other survivors include 25 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Frank was a member of the Immaculate COnception Catholic church here. Funeral arrangements have not been completed.
