          Nancy Josephine "Josie" Eads, daughter of William Simpson "Boler" Eads and Lydia Mariah "Liddie, Big Lydia" Helton, was born on 23 August 1875 in Maries County, Missouri.1
     Nancy was enumerated as the daughter of William Simpson "Boler" Eads on the 1880 U. S. Census for Jackson Township, Maries County, Missouri. She was listed as a six-year-old female born in Missouri.3
     Nancy married George Harve Tackett, son of Willis M. Tackett and Zylphia Briggs, on 22 November 1891 at Missouri. at W. S. Ead's residence.1,4
     Nancy was enumerated as the wife of George Harve Tackett under the name of "Nancy J. Tackett" on the 1910 U.S. Census of Jackson Township, Missouri, listed as a 34-year-old female born in Missouri as were both of her parents, she could read and write. She had been married for 18 years and had nine children, all still living.5
     Nancy died on 25 April 1947 at age 71.6 She was buried in Waidelich Cemetery in Maries County, Missouri.6

Moving with Weldon were Wilson "William" Eads.2 Weldon William Eads was employed by the Denver, Rio Grande and Western Railroad from 1925 to 1960 until his retirement.2
