          Lou Ella Tackett, daughter of James Perry Tackett and Louisa Manerva Eads, was born on 15 April 1897 in Maries County, Missouri.1 Lou Ella Tackett was employed by Mc Elroy Sloan Shoe Company at St. Louis, Missouri, in 1918 as a worker in a shoe factory.2 At the time of (an unknown value) in 1918, Lou resided at 2203 Dickson Street in St. Louis, Missouri.2
     Lou died on 18 November 1918 in Missouri at age 21 in the flu epidemic.3,2 Her cause of death was acute pericarditis accompanied by cirrhosis of the liver.2
     The undertaker who handled her arrangements was Geo Armbruster Undertaking Company at 4234 Manchester Road in St. Louis, Missouri.2 She was buried on 20 November 1918 in Freeburg, Osage County, Missouri.2
