She was a member of the Visitation Catholic Church, Vienna. She was a housekeeper in St. Louis before moving back to Vienna and operating Tillie's Café and Cash Market Grocery Store.

Survivors include two sisters, Elizabeth Schwartz, St. Louis, and Rose Stratman, Jefferson City.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Visitation Catholic Church. The Rev. Tom Waickman will officiate. Burial will be in Visitation Cemetery.
