Andreas Jackel prepared the inventory.8 The inventory of the estate included: 80 acres of land in the west half of the south west quarter of section 94 in township 45 north range 5 east in St. Louis Missouri and a lot the ? ? taken the west side following ? the town of Kirkwood, county of St. Louis and state of Missouri. The same as found drawn in the plat of said town being lots numbered six (6) and seven (7) in block numbered twenty two (22) in said town of Kirkwood.
Personal property included 1 cupboard, 1 table, 7 chairs, 1 silver watch, 1 kitchen table, 1 clock, 6 pictures, 2 buckets, 1 coffee mill, 2 tin pans, 3 small measures, 1 chest, 1 wash board, 1 hatchet, 2 black mules, 2 cows, 30 chickens, 1 tin grater, 1 old stone, 2 hogs, 1 two horse wagon, 1 one horse wagon, 1 old harrow, 1 sled, clover hay in loft, 2 sows and 2 pigs and 1 manure fork.8
     Documents filed in connection with the probate of his estate on March 9, 1866 described the property included as the west half of the south west quarter of section thirty four in township forty five north of range five east, containing eighty acres with all and singular the buildings and improvements thereon; and also the undivided third, taken of the west side of the following described lots or parcel of land, to wit, situated in the town of Kirkwood, County of St. Louis and St5ate of Missouri and the same is laid down on the plat of said town, recorded in the recorders office of the county of St. Louis, being lot number six (6) and seven (7) in Block Number twenty two (22) of said town of Kirwood, bounded north by Jefferson Avenue east by lot number five (5) south by an alley twenty (20) feet wide and west by lot number eight (8) having an aggregate front of one hundred (100) feet on the south side of Jefferson Avenue by a depth of one hundred and forty (140) feet to an alley; also lots numbered eighteen (18) and nineteen (19) in said block numbered twenty two (22) in the town of Kirkwood, bounded north by an alley twenty (20) feet wide, east by lot numbered twenty (20) south by Main Street and west by lot numbered seventeen (17) having an aggregate front of one hundred feet on the north side of Main Street.8
     Andreas Jackel held an estate sale of personal property included in the estate of Andreas Greb on December 28, 1858. Catherine Hoffmann purchased items at the sale.8
     A bill for $.50 from Francis Berg for notarizing papers for the estate of Andreas Greb was filed with on February 17, 1866.8
     Andreas Jackel reported the sale of real estate included in the estate of Andreas Greb on March 9, 1866. The property and conditions of sale were described as: undivided one third of the west side of lots numbers 18 and 19 in block 22 in the town of Kirkwood and the purchaser was John Hoenne.8
