One of feature of interest is the incidence of twins in the NORTON family - those with twins are listed in bold type. (Frederick NORTON and Jane Bridget RADFORD produced two sets!) Samuel Ralph NORTON (above) was himself a twin, and his daughter, Ruth MAXIM (middle of back row) also produced twins, as shown in the photo above.
Some female NORTON members also produced twins: Henry & Ann Baxter NUTT (d/o Joseph NORTON & Ann BAXTER); Arthur William & Mary Jane ROULSTON (d/o Francis NORTON & Hannah SHEAVYN); Ernest & Marjorie ELLIS (d/o Frederick NORTON & Jane Bridget RADFORD).
