The earliest date George could have been born is 15th June 1810 and before 1st March 1811. If John Buggins was his Father he was conceived before John's marriage to Elizabeth Nicholas on the 28th February 1811.

George Buggins was the informant of the death of John but the certificate did not have the two vital words "son of", that would have proved it.

The Registrar for Redditch John Osborne signed all the certificates of birth for all of George's children born after civil registration started in late 1837. John Osborne was also an accountant. He was appointed an executer on George Buggins Will written 1854, but dropped on the 1861 Codicil,
