Funeral services were held from the Methodist Church at Arthur on Thusday at 2:30 for J.A. Burgum, who died at his home on Tuesday. [Oct 20] Rev. L. R. Burgum, pastor of the M.E. Church, officiated and intement was made in the Arthur Cemetery. Out of town relatives who attended the funeral were: Mrs Annie Bayard of Bradley, S.D. [sister]. and W.H. Burgum of Sumner, Iowa [brother]; Mr and Mrs Arthur Burgum of Minot, Mrs and Mrs Tom See of Woods, and Mrs Albin Hedstrum of Bismarck [Jessamine's sister].
