County of Gloucester
The Examination of Mary Wife of Moses Williams now residing in the Parish of Wick and Abson in the said County Taken upon her oath before us his Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the said County this second day of November 1821.
Saith that she well recollect hearing her Mother say that her Husband John Burgum was legally settled in the Parish of Mitchell Dean in the said County of Gloucester and that her brother John Burgum the younger now residing in the Parish of Wick and Abson aforesaid Ironworker hath not gained any Settlement in his right subsequent to his birth to the best of her knowledge and belief.
