Individual note: Knut kom fra Henriksgarden på Villane, og det er en viss navnelikhet med en
tidligere bruker av gåden derfra, men de var ikke i slekt. Han hadde vært
soldat. Etter krav fra presten Rødseth ble det holdt åbotakst på husene i
1795. Som kårmann la Knut i sølvskatt til Norges Bank i 1816 3 Riksbankdaler
og skjøt inn 2 spd. - Av hans 5 barn vokste 3 opp.
