Every evening after supper we
would gather at my Grand Mother’s (Mary Mulvihille) house.
We had lots of Aunts, Uncles and Cousins who lived near by. In nice
weather we would play games outside or roller skate. We had skates
you had to hook onto your shoes. There was a key to clamp them on
tight to the front of your skate, and a leather strap around your ankle.
Her mothers name was Mary Margaret.
