Charles Herndon Tapp Sr ( born on 16 April 1930 Culpeper , Va. and died on 26 Oct. 1972 in Annapolis Md. ) . He was the only child of William Thomas Tapp ( born 1 Oct. 1902 Culpeper Va. - dies 1 Feb. 1967 Annapolis Md. ) and Mildred Louise Brown ( born 5 March 1913- dies 28 March 1987 Mt Rainer Md. ). Barbara Rae Evans ( born 11 April 1932 Washington D.C. ) is a daughter of Raymond Albert Evans and Dorothy Virginia Donaldson
