of Pacific Palisades, Calif., to review a decision of the supreme court of
Montana…in which a majority of the Montana court refused to deliver over the
temporary custody of two Helena children, Max and Karen Enke,
son and daughter of Mrs. John Baucus, to Enke in a
habeas corpus proceeding which he initiated….[a lower court in Los Angeles
granted] Enke the right to have the children in
California during the month of July each year.
