  This is the last Will and Testament of me Eliza Catharine Conway wife of Henry Conway of Briton Ferry near Neath in the County of Glamorgan.  I give ----- and bequeath to m;y dear husband Henry Conway all my real and Personal Estate whatsoever and whereso ever and of what kind soever for his own use and benefit and I hereby nominate and appoint my said husband sole Executor of this my will this thirteenth day of February one thousand eight hundred and forty three ~ Eliza Catherine Conway signed signed executed published and declared as and for the last will and testament of the said Eliza Catherine Conway in the presence of us who in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto set our hands as witnesses thereto the day of the date above written  J Grainger Swansea ~ Thos Jones Swansea 

On the 11th day of  May 1843

Appeared Personally John Grainger the Younger of Swansea in the County of Glamorganshire agent(?) to the Glamorganshire Banking Company and under oath that he was one of the subscribed witnesses to the last will and testament of Eliza Catherine Conway wife of Henry Conway late of the parish of Briton Ferry in the County of Glamorgan deceased the said will being now herewith annexed and bearing date the thirteenth day of February one thousand eight hundred and forty three  And he further made oath that on the thirteenth day of February one thousand eight hundred and forty three aforesaid the said testatrix duly executed her said will by signing her name thereto in the presence of this deponent and of Thomas Jones the other subscribed witness to the said will both of whom were present at the same time and this deponent and the said Thomas Jones thereupon attested and subscribed the said will in the presence of the said Testatrix and of each other in manner and form as now appears therein.  J Grainger Jr ~ Same day the said John Grainger the younger was duly sworn to the truth of this Affidavit by virtue of the  ------ commission before me ~ W. Hewson, Vicar of Swansea, Commissioner 

On the 20th May 1843 Administration with the will annexed of all and singular the goods chattels and credits(?) of Eliza Catharine Conway wife of Henry Conway late of the parish of Britonferry in the County of Glamorgan deceased was granted to the said Henry Conway the husband of the said deceased and the sole Executor named in the said will he having been first sworn by Commission duly to administer.  The said Henry Conway being as the lawful husband of the said deceased entitled to all her personal estate and effects over which she had no disposing power and concerning(?) which she is dead intestate.

 

  This is the last Will and Testament of me Henry Conway Accountant of Briton ferry near Neath in the County of Glamorgan I give devise and bequeath to my dear sister Bessy Conway at present residing with me all my real and personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what kind soever for her own use and benefit And I hereby nominate and appoint my said sister Bessy Conway sole executrix of this my will dated the fourth day of July one thousand eight hundred and forty three - Henry Conway /s/ - Signed sealed published and declared by the said Henry Conway the testator as his last will and testament in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses -- Daniel Starbuck ~~ Thomas Allen Giants Grave nr Neath 1843 July 4th  

Proved at London 23rd June 1846 before the Judge by the Oath of Elizabeth in the will written Bessy Conway spinster the sister the sole Executrix to whom admon was granted having been first sworn by ??? duly to administer.
