Flora Thomas Petitioner Georgia, Fannin County I, T. B. Thomas, Administrator of the estate of Jehu M. Thomas deceased, do hereby acknowledge due and legal service of notice of the application of Mrs. Flora Thomas and her children for twelve months support.
This 2nd day of February 1918 T. B. Thomas Georgia, Fannin County To the Honorable Court of Ordinary of said County: We, the undersigned, appointed by the Honorable the Ordinary of said County of Fannin to assess and set apart a sum necessary for the support and maintenance of the widow and minor children of Jehu M. Thomas deceased for the space of twelve months, either in money or such property as the said widow may select, do report that we have assessed and set apart as being necessary for the support and maintenance of said widow and children the sum of $600.00 in property selected by applicant as set forth below Dollars, which the said widow has selected to take as follows: 2 mules, 3 years of age, one mare and 1 horse mule, both black, harness, 1 Studebaker wagon $300.00, 1 frosty colored milk cow and red calf $30.00, #200 ? $30.00, 150 bushels corn in crib, more or less, $187.50 all farming tools belonging to deceased except mowing machine and rake $27.00, 4 hogs $20.00, #300 bundles fodder, more or less $6.00 And we also set apart the following household furniture for the use of said widow and children: All household and kitchen furniture belonging to deceased except one organ. In witness whereof, we have hereto set our hands and seals, this 5th day of February 1918.

(L. S.) Fannin Court of Ordinary March Term 1918 The report of the appraisers appointed to set apart to the widow and minor children of Jehu M. Thomas the provisions allowed by law, being read, and the court being satisfied that the same is in due form, and properly made, and the citation having been issued and published, and no objection being filed, it is ordered that the same be admitted to record, and stand as the judgment of this Court.
