In the name of God!  Amen. 

 I, Melchisidio Charles, being of advanced age and in feeble health but of sound and disposing  mind and memory do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testimony hereby revoking all former wills make by me.

 Item - 1^st I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Polly all of my property both real and personal to dispose of as she may think best for her own advantage and benefit this 15^th day of Oct 1872.
