1.   Robert Hood Sr., son of John Hood and Violetta Chapman, was born about 1778
in Rowan County, North Carolina.  He died in 1860 in White
County, Georgia about age 82.

Robert married Judith Corbin, daughter of Peter Corbin and Elizabeth.  Judith
was born in 1778.  She died before 1850 in Habersham County, Georgia.

2. Samuel Hood was born about 1813.  He died after 1880 in Georgia.

Samuel married Eleanor Patterson, daughter of Rolean Patterson and Nancy
Williams, on 4 Oct 1835 in Lumpkin County, Georgia.  Eleanor
was born about 1822.  She died after 1880 in Georgia.

11.  Lemuel Hood was born between 1830 and 1835 in Habersham County, Georgia.
He died on 21 Dec 1904 in Gordon County, Georgia about age 73.  He was buried at
East Damascus Baptist Church Cemetery in Gordon County, Georgia.

Lemuel married Malissa Elizabeth Corbin, daughter of Erby Corbin and Martha,
on 29 Dec 1858 in Pickens County, Georgia.  Malissa was born on 8 Oct 1842 in
Pickens County, South Carolina.  She died on 11 Apr 1917 in Gordon County,
Georgia at age 74.  She was buried at East Damascus Baptist Church
Cemetery in Gordon County, Georgia.

22.   Lindsey Hood was born on 24 Mar 1862.  He died on 13 Oct 1935 in Gordon
County, Georgia at age 73.  He was buried at East Damascus Baptist Church
Cemetery in Gordon County, Georgia.

Lindsey married Lydia Ella Hightower, daughter of Jordan Hightower and
Elizabeth A. Talley, on 10 Feb 1887 in Cherokee County, Georgia.  Lydia was born on
19 or 20 Mar 1869 in Cherokee County, Georgia.  She died on 12 Apr 1923 in Gordon County,
Georgia at age 54.  She was buried at East Damascus Baptist
Church Cemetery in Gordon County, Georgia.

	Susie married Jesse David Boling on 8 Feb 1907 in Pickens County, Georgia.  Jesse was

31    F   iii.	Ila Hood was born on 26 Jan 1892 in Georgia.  She died 15 May 1972 in Marshall County,
	Alabama.  She was buried at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Gordon County, Georgia.
	Ila married Virgil Shellhorse on 6 Oct 1910 in Gordon County, Georgia.  Virgil was born
	on 17 Nov 1886.  He died on 4 Sep 1921 in Gordon County, Georgia at age 34.  He
	was buried at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Gordon County, Georgia.
32    F   iv.	Stella Hood was born in Mar 1893 in Georgia.
	Stella married Walter McArthur on 17 Feb 1907 in Gordon County, Georgia.

33    M   v.	Jesse James Hood was born on 6 Jan 1899 in Georgia.  He died on 16 Apr 1968 in Gordon
	County, Georgia at age 69.  He was buried at East Damascus Baptist Church Cemetery
	in Gordon County, Georgia.
	Jesse married Halie G. Ballew on 11 Aug 1920 in Bartow County, Georgia.  Halie was born
	23 Jan 1903.  She died 19 Nov 1979 in Cobb County, Georgia at age 76.   She is buried

34   M   vi.	Silas Hood was born on 2 Sep 1901 in Gordon County, Georgia.  He died in Aug 1976 in
	Kingfisher County, Oklahoma at age 74.  He is buried at Dover Cemetery in Kingfisher County,
	Oklahoma.
	Silas married Stella __________ .  Stella was born on 21 Jun 1896 in Texas.  She died on
	26 Jan 1995 in Dover, Kingfisher County, Oklahoma at age 98.  She is buried at Dover Cemetery in
	Kingfisher County, Oklahoma.
35   F   vii.	Tamar Hood was born 13 Sep 1903 in Gordon County, Georgia.  She died 1 Jan 1993 in
	Gordon County, Georgia at age 89.  She is buried at Hinton Cemetery in Pickens County, Georgia.
	Tamar married Joseph A. Holmes.  Joseph was born 27 Dec 1891 in Pickens County, Georgia.
	He died 8 Sep 1967 in Cherokee County, Georgia at age 75.  He is buried at Hinton Cemetery
	in Pickens County, Georgia.

Fifth Generation

Eddie married Lola Ann Evans, daughter of Henry J. Evans and Susan Rebecca
Forrester, on 8 Apr 1917 in Gordon County, Georgia.   Lola was born on 22 Mar 1897. 
She died on 12 Feb 1944 in Georgia at age 46.  She was buried at
Oakgrove Cemetery in Cherokee County, Georgia.

	Living married Albert McCambell.  Albert was born 1 May 1916 in Alabama.  He died
	on 11 Apr 1982 in Cobb County, Georgia.
37    M    ii.	Max Hood was born on 14 Jul 1921 in Georgia.  He died on 27 Mar 2001 at age 79.  He is
	buried at Rolling Hills Cemetery in Cherokee County, Georgia.  He married Athelene A. Johnson.
	Athelene was born on 8 Jul 1923.  She died 29 Apr 2006 in Cobb County, Georgia.  She is
	buried in Rolling Hills Cemetery in Cherokee County, Georgia.
38   M    iii.	Charlie E. "Don" Hood was born 18 Mar 1926 in Georgia.  He was killed on 15 Apr 1945  in
	Ihmert, Germany while serving in World War II.  He is buried at the Marietta National
	Cemetery in Cobb County, Georgia.
39    F    iv.	Burree Imogene Hood was born on 27 Mar 1930 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County,
	Oklahoma.  She died on 16 Feb 1996 in Cobb County, Georgia at age 65.  She was
	buried at Liberty Hills Cemetery in Acworth, Cobb County, Georgia.

Eddie next married Wylene Bates,
daughter of Harley Maxwell Bates and Carrie Etta Mathews.

Sixth Generation

39.  Burree Imogene Hood was born on 27 Mar 1930 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
County, Oklahoma.  She died on 16 Feb 1996 in Cobb County, Georgia
at age 65.  She was buried at Liberty Hills Cemetery in Cobb
County, Georgia.  The cause of her death was Complications from Diabetes.

Burree married Hubert Harley Bates, son of Harley Maxwell Bates and Carrie
Etta Mathews, on 4 Mar 1946 in Cobb County, Georgia.  The marriage ended in
divorce.   Hubert was born on 5 Apr 1927 in Knox County, Tennessee. 
He died on 16 Dec 1984 in Cobb County, Georgia at age 57.  He was
buried at Pineridge Cemetery in Cobb County, Georgia.  The
cause of his death was Cancer of the Esophagus.
