1. Doctor E. Gipson was born in 1828 in Burke County, North Carolina.  He died
on 29 Sep 1864 in Fort Harrison, Virginia at age 36
while serving in the Civil War. 

Doc married Elmina Crump, daughter of John Crump and Jemima Trapp, on 23
Dec 1849 in Union County, Georgia.  Elmina was born about 1830.  She died
in Mar 1900 at age 69.  She is buried in the Gibson Family
Cemetery in Pickens County, Georgia.

2    M     i.	William Andrew Gibson was born on 30 Jan 1853 in Jasper, Pickens County, Georgia.
	He died on on 13 Apr 1931 in Gilmer County, Georgia at age 78.  He was buried at

3    M    ii.	John Gibson was born about 1857 in Pickens County, Georgia.
4    M    iii.	Francis Marion Gibson was born about 1860 in Pickens County, Georgia.  He died after
	1880 from Rabies.
5    F    iv.	Louisa Jane Gibson was born on 19 Oct 1861 in Pickens County, Georgia.  She died on
	6 Sep 1925 in Cherokee County, Georgia at age 63.  She is buried at Greeley - Salacoa
	Baptist Church  in Cherokee County, Georgia.
	Jane married George Marion Wilson on 15 May 1881 in Gilmer County, Georgia.  George
	was born on 20 Sep 1848.  He died on 29 June 1924 in Cherokee County, Georgia.  He
	is buried at Greeley - Salacoa Baptist Church in Cherokee County, Georgia.

Second Generation

2. William Andrew Gibson was born on 30 Jan 1853 in Jasper, Pickens County,
Georgia.  He died on 13 Apr 1931 in Ellijay, Gilmer County, Georgia at age
78.  He was buried at Flat Branch Baptist Church in Gilmer
County, Georgia.

William married Gillian Deal, daughter of John Henry Deal and Malinda Cline,
about 1877.  Gillian was born on 25 Aug 1860 in Ellijay, Gilmer County, Georgia.  She 
died in Oct 29 Nov 1955 in Ellijay, Gilmer County, Georgia at age 95.  She was
buried at Flat Branch Baptist Church in Gilmer County, Georgia.

	Minnie married John Horace Parks on 29 May 1898 in Ellijay, Gilmer County, Georgia.  John
	was born on 1 Aug 1876.  He died on 3 Feb 1973 in Ellijay, Gilmer County, Georgia at age 96.
