Departed this life on Saturday the 12th inst., Mrs. Mary Jackson, consort of D. Jackson, Esq., in the 65th year of her age, leaving a disconsolate husband and children, as well as many relatives and friends to mourn their irreparable loss. She was a kind wife, an affectionate mother, and an orderly member of the Baptist Church for 41 years. (ibid.)
