Karen has been researching the Reuben Barrett family since way before computers and e-mail and she has been kind enough to share the handwritten letters she has recieved over the years from others researching with our website. Many of the people who these letters were written by are now deceased. These were some of the first researchers of the Reuben Barrett family line, the ones who paved the way for us and left behind a heritage that we can all be proud of. I am so proud to do this page to honor them in a small way for all their hard work. Back then in the 60's and 70's it was WORK to do research.
