no solid proof of this date..It is believed that this date came from an interview between Mitch Vetuski and Martin Fraley of Madisonville, Texas. Martin Fraley was a cousin to Asie Bobo.

Asie probabley died before 1944 as he wasn't mentioned in his brothers obituary and his living sisters were.

Betty checked the following census records and no records found for Robert Bobo in: 1900 Tx, Az, NM, La; 1910 TX, Az, NM, La ;1920 Tx, Az, NM, La

We did find these two Asie Bobo's, we DO NOT have any proof that either of them are the Asie Bobo, son or granson of William and Mattie Barrett Bobo. I list them here in case anyone wants to check into the possibilities. So, please do not copy this webpage and list the two below as a source of it being them.
