BIO: "Of the many Dutch Non-conformist families coming to America duringthe colonial times, the Tysons were of the earliest and most prominent.We find that one Reynier Tyson with twelve ither men and families, acompany comprising thirty-three persons, came across the sea and settledat Germantown, Pennsylvania, in 1692, if not earlier..we find that in1703 one by the name of Cornelius Tyson came from Crefeld, Germany, andsettled at Germantown, Pennsylvania. This Tyson died May 9th, 1716, andhis body was interred in Axe's Graveyard, Germantown. All of the Tysonsin Pennsylvania are descendants of these two named Tysons."quote from Ebybook page 351.
