Beverley Randolph Esquire Lieutenant Governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia to all to whom these presents shall come Greeting Know ye that by Virtue and in Consideration of Part of a Land Office Treasury Warrant Number fourteen thousand three hundred and Ninety four Ifsued the Twenty fifth day of September one thousand Seven hundred and eighty two, There is granted by the said Commonwealth unto the said Jacob fheler Afsignee of Josiah Terry afsignee of Thomas M. George Who was Afsignee of Samuel Cison a certain Tract or Parcel of Land Containing Two hundred and Twenty Seven Acres by Survey bearing date the fourteenth day of May One thousand Seven hundred and eighty four lying and being in the County of Botetourt adjoining the lands of Thomas Goodson and William Poage on the Waters of Pine Creek a branch of little River and bounded as followeth To wit Beginning at a forked white oak corner to Poage thence with his lines North thirty two degrees East fifty four Poles to a white oak North thirty one degrees West Ninety four Poles to three white oaks North Seven degrees East eighty Poles to a White and black North Sixty two degrees East One hundred and four Poles leaving his lines to a black oak North twenty Poles to three white oak Sapling North five degrees East eighty Poles to two white oaks South Seventy Seven degrees West One hundred and forty two Poles to two white oaks South eight East eighty eight Poles to a large white oak South forty degrees West One hundred Twelve Poles to two white oaks South Seventy Six degrees West Twenty Six Poles to two white Oaks South forty seven degrees West forty Poles to a Small white oak South thirteen degrees West eighty three Poles to a white oak South Seventy four degrees West forty Poles to a white oak South forty degrees East Sixty Poles thence North Sixty Seven degrees East two hundred and Sixteen Poles to the Beginning With its Appurtenances to have and to hold the said Tract or Parcel of Land with its Appurtenances to the said Jacob fheler and his Heirs forever In Witnefs whereof the said Beverley Randolph Esquire Lieutenant Governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia hath hereunto set his hand and caused the lefser Seal of the said Commonwealth to be Affixed at Richmond on the fifteenth day of August in the Year of Our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and eighty seven and of the Commonwealth the twelfth.

Beverley Randolph Esquire Lieutenant Governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia to all to whom these presents shall come greeting Know ye that by virtue and in Consideration of part of a Land Office Treasury Warrant Number Nine Thousand eight hundred and fourteen Ifsued the Twelfth day of December one thousand seven hundred and eighty one There is granted by the said Commonwealth unto Jacob Shelor Afsignee of Elizabeth Furman Executrix of Benjamin Furman Afsignee of James Furman who was Afsignee of James Parberry a certain tract or parcel of Land Containing one hundred Acres, by survey bearing Date the twenty third day of October one thousand seven hundred and eighty two lying and being in the County of Botetourt on the West fork of little River and bounded as followeth To Wit Beginning at a white oak thence South eighty degrees West one hundred and sixty poles to three small white oak saplings, North ten degrees West one hundred poles to two white oaks North eighty degrees East one hundred and sixty poles to three white oaks and hickory near a spring South ten degrees East one hundred & eight poles to the Beginning With its appurtenances to have and to hold the said tract or parcel of Land With its appurtenances to the said Jacob Shelor & his heirs for ever In witnefs whereof the said Beverley Randolph Esquire Lieutenant Governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia hath hereunto set his hand an caused the lefser Seal of the said Commonwealth to be affixed at Richmond on the fifteenth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty seven and of the Commonwealth the twelfth.

George Who was Afsignee of Samuel Easen a certain Tract or Parcel of Land containing One hundred and Eighty Seven Acres by Survey bearing Date the Twelfth day of May One thousand Seven hundred and Eighty four lying and being in the County of Botetourt on the West fork of little River adjoining the Land of Benjamin Fearman and bounded as followeth To wit Beginning at a parcel of white oaks corner to Fearmans New Survey thence North West Nine Poles to an ash and two maples corner to Fearmans Old Survey and with said South thirty two degrees East Twenty one Poles to his corner white oak South Twenty Six degrees West Sixty four Poles to his corner two white oaks and a dogwood South Twenty four degrees East Two hundred and Sixteen Poles pafsing his corner to a white oak on the side of the River and down it thirty Nine Poles to a Spanish oak thence crofs the same North forty degrees East Twenty four Poles to a large white oak on a hill thence North Seventy One degrees East Sixty four Poles to a large White oak on the side of a hill South Sixty Nine degrees East fifty Poles to two white oaks and a dogwood thence North Seventy One degrees East fifty Poles to Fearmans corner white oak And with a line of the Same South eighty degrees West One hundred and Sixty Poles to his corner three small white oaks thence North ten degrees West one hundred Poles to the Beginning with its Appurtenances To have and to hold the said Tract or Parcel of Land with its Appurtenances to the said Jacob Sheler and his Heirs forever In Witnefs whereof the said Beverley Randolph Esquire Lieutenant Governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia hath hereunto set his hand and caused the lefser Seal of the said Commonwealth to be Affixed at Richmond on the fifteenth day of August in the Year of Our Lord one thousand Seven hundred and eighty Seven and of the Commonwealth the Twelfth.
